In 2021, Tom’s life changed dramatically when he became part of one of the most unprecedented events in U.S. history — January 6th. Following his arrest and a 30-month prison sentence, Tom dedicated himself to studying and reflecting deeply on the constitutional protections that define our freedoms. After President Trump’s 2025 proclamation granting pardons and commutations for certain J6 cases, Tom is now speaking publicly to help others understand why due process matters — for all of us.
